What the grade meansIt measures how much of that posting your record already covers — completion depth, skill overlap, and how many similar roles are open.
It is not a prediction. Nobody can score your odds of being hired, and a letter that pretended to would be the most dishonest thing on this site.
Why there is no salary filterMost postings on these boards do not state pay, so a salary filter would not narrow the list — it would delete most of it without saying so.
Same reason there is no Senior level: senior titles are not searched until you can defend them, so the chip would always return nothing.
Why the list is shortThese are specific titles matched against specific boards — not everything on the internet. A short, honest list you can act on beats a thousand results you would have to filter yourself.
Where these come fromPublic job boards, refreshed every six hours. A role filled since the last refresh can still appear — the timestamp below the list tells you how current it is.
