What This Actually Is

BE-DO-HAVE isn't three equal options — it's a causal chain, in a specific order. BE is identity: who you are, shown through your actual habits and daily behavior, not what you say you believe. DO is activity, and activity is a direct extension of identity — what you do daily is who you are, expressed. HAVE is property: the systems, the business, the tangible results you end up with. Property is acquired THROUGH activity — it's the output, not the starting point.

Here's how the framework actually gets used: not by picturing the HAVE and wanting it directly — trying to skip straight to the result that's not outsmarting reality, it's skipping the actual work. It's by looking at what you actually want to build and asking the real question: what kind of person would need to exist to actually build and sustain that? The HAVE tells you what identity is required. It's a diagnostic, not a destination.

Most people run this backward: chase the results (HAVE) first, hoping to eventually act the part (DO) and feel like the identity (BE) will follow. It rarely sticks, because property was never the cause of anything — it's just what real, identity-rooted activity eventually produces.

This is the front door to everything else FHG teaches, for one reason: a curriculum built on unfinished identity work is a house with no foundation under the name on the door. Three modules, real cohort community, one-time enrollment.

Why This Isn't a Self-Checkout

This program asks something real of you — the identity work in Module 1 alone requires an honest audit most people skip past. We want to know it's actually the right fit before you're in, not after.

When it does open, it will open through a conversation rather than a checkout button — a short call, not a sales pitch, to work out whether the cohort is genuinely the right next step for where you actually are. If it is not, we will say so directly. That is how it will run; it is not running yet.
