Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: August 24, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 24, 2026

Fairley Holdings Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of your first payment, take a full refund from your account settings in one click. No email, no form, no reason, no retention call.

Cancel any time. One click, and you keep access through the period you already paid for.

We would rather refund you than keep money you feel bad about. That is not a marketing line — it is why the button exists instead of an inbox.

1. The 7-day guarantee

Every new individual subscription — FHG University, FHG Compass, or the bundle — carries a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment.

The window is measured from your first payment, not from each monthly renewal. Day 7 counts — if your first payment was on the 1st, you are covered through the 8th.

The guarantee applies once per subscriber. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the new subscription does not open a fresh window.

2. How to take it

Sign in and go to Account Settings → Membership. If you are inside the window, the page shows how many days are left and a button that says Refund me & cancel. One click completes it.

The refund is issued to your original payment method immediately. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is between your card issuer and you, and it is the one step neither we nor Stripe can speed up.

If the button does not work for any reason, email info@fairleyholdings.com from your account address and say you want your refund. We will process it manually within one business day. A technical problem on our side is never a reason you lose a refund you are entitled to.

3. After the 7 days

Once the window closes, payments already made are non-refundable, and canceling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. There is no partial refund for an unused part of a month, because you keep full access for all of it.

We make exceptions in three situations, and you only have to ask:

Beyond those, if something happened that you think deserves a refund, write to us and tell us plainly. A person reads it.

4. How to cancel

Canceling is at least as easy as subscribing, and any one of these works:

What happens next. Future charges stop. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not take access away the day you cancel, because you paid for that time. Your progress is kept for 12 months in case you come back (90 days for a Compass student's record, per our retention policy), and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

If you are still inside the 7-day window when you cancel, we will tell you that a full refund is available instead. We are not going to keep your money because you clicked the wrong one of two buttons.

5. Renewal and price changes

Individual subscriptions are $25 per month ($40 for the bundle), charged on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no contract.

Team seats, bought by card

A Team seat purchase of 5–24 seats is bought online by card, on an annual term. It carries the same 7-day money-back guarantee as an individual subscription: within 7 days of the first payment, the full amount back, no reason required, on the same terms set out above.

It is the same kind of purchase as a single subscription — self-serve, by card, no contract and no procurement step — so it gets the same protection. A team spending $1,200 on a card should not have less recourse than one person spending $25.

Canceling is self-serve. There is no notice period. Cancel through the same checkout you bought through, or email us and we will do it. Seats run to the end of the term already paid for.

Invoiced contracts of 25 seats and above are different, and deliberately so: they are governed by a 60-day non-renewal notice and the signed agreement rather than by this guarantee. Those terms are set out on the institutional page.

6. Foundations

FHG Foundations is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. It carries the same 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, on the same terms: full amount, no reason required, requested by email to info@fairleyholdings.com. After 7 days it is non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in section 3.

7. Institutional contracts

The 7-day consumer guarantee does not apply to institutional seat licenses. Annual contracts are a different instrument with a signed agreement, an invoice, and a budget cycle behind them, and they are governed by that agreement and by the terms below.

8. If something goes wrong

If you think you have been charged incorrectly, please write to us before disputing it with your bank — not because a dispute is not your right, but because we can almost always fix it the same day, and a chargeback takes weeks and freezes the account in the meantime. Email info@fairleyholdings.com and we will look at it immediately.

If we get something wrong, we will say so and fix it. That is the standard we hold the curriculum to and we are not going to hold billing to a lower one.
