FHG affiliates are people their community already trusts — pastors and youth leaders, veteran service officers, librarians, teachers, shop stewards. You already talk to people who are stuck. This pays you for the introductions that actually change something.
The one thing that makes this different: you are paid on people who stay, not on signups. A referral who cancels in the first month pays you nothing. That is deliberate, and it is the whole design — it means we are never asking you to talk someone into something that isn't for them, and your reputation in your own community stays yours.
Almost nothing new. You keep doing what you do, and when someone in front of you is looking for a way out of work that is going nowhere, you have something real to point at.
Inside your community: attraction, never promotion. No pitching from a pulpit, no working it into an intake appointment, no putting it in the bulletin. Those are shared spaces people come to for a reason that isn't commerce, and turning them into a channel is the one thing that would break the trust this whole program runs on. FHG comes up when somebody has the need and asks.
On your own platforms: promote freely, with disclosure. Your Instagram is yours. If you believe in this, say so — the only requirements are that you disclose you're compensated, and that you stay inside the claim boundaries below.
| What you earn | When | Cap |
|---|---|---|
| $9 | Per referral, per month, while they stay subscribed | 3 months — $27 per person |
One rate, everyone, from day one. Nothing is paid until a referral passes 30 days, so a refund inside our guarantee never claws back money you were already owed. Forty signups who all cancel pays you nothing. Twenty who stay three months pays $540.
We removed the tiers because they rewarded the least valuable thing you can do here. One organization introduction pays what thirteen individual referrals pay — from a single conversation. The way to earn more isn’t a better rate. It’s the right conversation. Advocate and Community Lead still exist as recognition; they are no longer rates.
You can send your commission to your organization instead of yourself. A lot of people do. Say so on the form and we'll set it up that way.
These are in the agreement, not just on this page, and they exist because a promise you can't keep costs you more than it costs us — it's your community.
The process is one conversation, not a funnel. You apply, we read it, and if it looks like a fit we talk once — that call decides it either way. We read every application and reply either way, usually within a week.
We use what you send here only to review your application and get back to you. See our Privacy Policy.
